Fulfillment Policy for The Systems Boss

At The Systems Boss, we are committed to delivering high-quality services as outlined in our contracts. Please read our fulfillment policy carefully.

Refund Policy:

  1. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our services except in the circumstance that the services provided are not delivered as stated in the signed contract. In such cases, clients must provide written documentation of the issue to initiate a review.
  2. Service Delivery: If a service has not been delivered as specified in the contract, we will assess the situation and, if appropriate, issue a refund for that specific service.

Retainer Agreements:

  1. Cancellation Notice: For clients engaged on a retainer basis, a trial period will be defined in the contract. After this trial period, clients must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to the next scheduled payment to cancel services.
  2. Payment Responsibility: Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered until written notice of cancellation is received and acknowledged by The Systems Boss.
